Kids' Fishing Derby 2022

This is a fun event for the kids that will run until Sept. 3rd. The cost of entry is $2.00.  Every entrant wins a prize IF they catch a fish.  Grand prizes will be awarded to the top fishers in each category.

• Every entrant will receive a numbered stick (which they can decorate the one side of). This stick will be used to mark all your catches. Please also include a picture of your fish with the stick. (If your fish is bigger than your stick, the pictures will be your proof.) We will be posting pics and updates for all to follow on the FB page.
• We encourage catch and release.
• All fishing must take place from the break wall or dock at Idyll Glen, to keep it fair because not all entrants have access to a boat.

Fish Categories:

1. longest Perch

2. longest Bass

3. longest pickerel/walleye

4. Let us know if you are lucky enough to catch a pike

All categories tbd when we know how many, and ages of all entrants (up to 16yrs)

Please register at site 74 with either Troy or Kim, if unavailable, please register at the front office during office hours.

You can register at anytime, for ages 3-16, but remember the early bird get the worm.
